• another day (after school) on alternate weeks when there is no SIA period.

Nobel Science Camp

• Nobel Science Camp is a four day programme at NUS High School where students will get the opportunity to conduct three important Nobel prize-winning experiments in Physics, as well as participate in special lectures and field trips to see Physics in action in both industry and academia. Organized by NUS High School, supported by NUS & DSO National laboratories
• Date: 17 (Mon) to 20 (Thu) November 2014 (no overnight)

• Fees: Free of charge!

Exploring Science the Nobel Way workshops

• organized by the Centre for Curriculum Leadership in Math and Science (CCLMS) at NUS High with the hope that participants will be better able to appreciate the thinking of Nobel Laureates during the process of experimentation that led to their paradigm-shifting discoveries
• Period: Semester 2, 2014 - Booking on Saturday, 30 August 2014, 0900-1200h
• Targeted at Upper Secondary to Junior College students
• Fees: fully subsidized by NUS High School.

• Sec 3 students with outstanding performance in Sec 2 EOY Exams in Science and Maths in the previous year, and
• Sec 4 students with outstanding performance in Sec 3 EOY Exam in Physics in the previous year.
